Branding Issues

This week the issue of branding is close to my mind.

The issue I am facing is whether or not I should recommend a Canadian company follow the branding of its USA counterpart.

The benefits would be a consistent brand strategy and shared resources. However, this would come at a cost of autonomy as the USA counterpart prefers to dictate decisions.
